Situated just north of San Ysidro, Border View Family YMCA has been proudly serving the community since 1984. As a leading nonprofit organization, the YMCA offers programs that foster youth development, promote healthy living and advance social responsibility. The Y offers a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for people from all backgrounds and walks of life to come together and bring about meaningful change not just within themselves, but in their community, too.

The team at Otay Crossing Self Storage (OXSS) chose Border View Family YMCA as the beneficiary for their 2019 charity because the staff believes it is a great place for the whole family to come together. The YMCA will use the OXSS donation to fund various aspects of their programs. A few examples are new sports equipment, lunches for the youth, and other activities.
