Throughout his time at SDSS, Aaron has shown a strong commitment to learning operational procedures, especially our Weekly Manager Reports. Rather than simply completing tasks, Aaron consistently works to understand why these systems are important and how they contribute to efficient facility management and better customer service.

Leadership Development at SDSS
Aaron has also been participating in an SDSS development class focused on leadership fundamentals within the self storage industry. The program emphasizes goal setting, communication skills, time management, and effective teamwork.

Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his two dogs, Chanel and Mona. He also enjoys reading, currently working through the popular fantasy novel Fourth Wing, and catching up on episodes of Stranger Things.
Family is also incredibly important to Aaron, especially spending time with his 8-month-old niece Madison, who brings joy to the entire family.
Supporting the San Diego Community
One of Aaron’s favorite parts about working at SDSS is participating in the company’s community outreach campaigns and charitable partnerships.
Aaron especially enjoys supporting our blood drive campaigns with the San Diego Blood Bank, particularly the events hosted at Petco Park. Beyond enjoying the location, Aaron strongly connects with the mission of helping save and improve lives through blood donations and biotherapies.
He also enjoys participating in the annual Toys for Tots campaign, helping provide support to children and families during the holiday season.
