Stephanie is a returning and faithful tenant of Golden Triangle Self Storage since 2011. She is a Retired Corporate Analyst, Personal Trainer and Youth Performance Coach. Stephanie owns her own company called Fitness by Design. Most of her clients are obtained through word of mouth.

Stephanie retired from the corporate world of healthcare six years ago to pursue her love and passion to provide personal training and coach youth athletes full-time. “I specialize in strength, balance and endurance training for all ages and work with all levels of fitness, including those with rehabilitation needs and those just getting started. I am known locally for my dynamic boot-camp style of teaching, core, balance, muscle conditioning and High Intensity Interval Training. I have been teaching Yoga for many years to various corporate companies, local country clubs, fitness gyms and private studios.”

Stephanie is a returning customer because she needed additional space to store away her prized possessions. “I have an abundance of strength training fitness equipment and I needed a well ventilated, environmentally safe and secure location with easy access to store my seasonal clothing.”
