San Diego Self Storage is thrilled to announce the addition of Melissa Cronin to our team. Melissa brings years of experience working in retail with her and is very excited to join the real estate industry. As an Area Manager, Melissa is responsible for supervising and directing the company’s facilities in North County San Diego, as well as Temecula County.
She is originally from a little dip in the road in Northwest Oregon called Vernonia, where the population is only 2,195. Melissa and her husband have lived in San Diego for 24 years, where they have raised both of their sons. In her free time she enjoys watching baseball and football and spending time with her Doberman puppy. Her younger son will be heading off to college next year, so she's enjoyed looking at schools with him and will continue to do so for the next few months. Melissa also has her Residential Real Estate license and likes to ‘tinker’ in her spare time.
Although she has only been with the company for a few weeks, Melissa already admires San Diego Self Storage's community involvement. She loves community outreach projects and is a big fan of our company's annual Food Bank drive and Toys for Tots campaign. It is evident that Melissa has been a natural fit with the company; her intrinsic motivation and willingness to learn have propelled the transition into the new position. With Silverhawk Self Storage set to open this fall in Murrieta, Melissa is eager to add another facility to her responsibilities. She is constantly out visiting the facilities that she oversees and continuing to learn on the fly, so be sure to say "hi" if you see her at the SDSS location that you rent at. We are very excited to have Melissa on our team and are confident she will augment our company's standards and level of service.
