Behind the scenes, the owners and managers work to educate and train team members and provide opportunities for professional advancement. Management coordinates an annual company training seminar, an annual company picnic, leadership programs, the monthly Community Giving Project and also closes facilities on national holidays so that our team members can enjoy valuable time with their families. The winners got a nice trophy, glory, pride and bragging rites until next year's game. Area Manager, Douglas Stirling, was awarded the title of MVP. This year the Top Gunners battled through 100 degree heat to be crowned champions. Congratulations to the Top Gunners. The Silent Force may not be so silent next year!
