At San Diego Self Storage, community support is at the heart of everything we do. Last Thursday, we proudly continued our long-standing partnership with the San Diego Blood Bank by volunteering at the Sports San Diego Blood Drive.

As long-time sponsors of the San Diego Blood Bank, we’ve contributed to their lifesaving mission in many ways over the years—including the donation of three bloodmobiles, all of which attended this event! It’s humbling to know these bloodmobiles played a crucial role in collecting the 173 units of blood from the 182 registered donors.

Our team was on-site to welcome donors, assist with logistics, and ensure everyone felt appreciated for their life-saving generosity. We were honored to hear these words from the event organizers:

“Your excellent customer service and dedication made every donor feel special. Without your extra support and hard work, none of this would have been possible.”

Being a part of this event reminded us of the power of community and the impact of consistent collaboration. Every unit of blood collected at the drive has the potential to save lives, and we’re grateful to contribute not only through our donations but also through hands-on volunteerism.
