Meet Our Loyal Tenants
Junktion101 stores special event, fundraising, and party supplies in their unit. Owners and family members Sean Cuadra, Ellen Pterudis and Alexis Frost Cazimero, have been loyal tenants of San Marcos Mini Storage since 2013.
Sean Cuadra says, "We enjoy storing our inventory at San Marcos Mini Storage because the site is always clean and staff members are friendly. We can always depend on Dave and his team to assist us with a great selection of units for different-sized events we need to store supplies for. We were especially grateful when Covid hit, as the SMMS team helped us store fundraising event supplies because events had been shut down."
The team and San Marcos Mini Storage enjoy having Junktion101 as a tenant because they have become close over the past seven years. Facility Manager, Dave Holler said, "We always like conversing with the Sean, Ellen, and Alexis because they are so down to earth and very friendly to talk to.
