Throughout the year, we strive to provide top-notch customer service and make self storage as easy and convenient for our customers as we can. When COVID-19 hit us in March, we made a huge pivot in our operations which kept employees and customers safe, but allowed for all of our facilities to remain open as an essential business, and allowed customers to safely access their belongings.
We also enjoy participating in our local communities and the San Diego community at-large through a wide variety of philanthropic activities and programs.
At San Diego Self Storage, we believe that community involvement is at the forefront of what differentiates our company from competitors. Each year, we look forward to our San Diego Food Bank Drive and the Toys for Tots campaign. And throughout the year many of our staff members enjoy volunteering their time to their own favorite charities. The team at San Diego Self Storage’s corporate office is dedicated to our Community Giving Program. The staff at each of our facilities works together to research local non-profit organizations and comes to an agreement as to which charitable cause will receive their donation. This has personally and professionally enriched our employees and deepened their commitment to better serving their community. They take pride in this project and look forward to making a positive impact.
